Directx 9.0 video capture problem

I use directx 9.0 summer 2003 update + visual studio 6.0.
I'am trying to capture video from video device but an error occured but I
couldn't understand the reason.

meeting. LM does not allow to save this data. So, I need to access the chat

I am in need of a method to play audio being created in real time.
I get audio for each second from a device for 4 channels and need to play it
continously on 4 channels of 5.1 device till the stream closes.
To solve the purpose, I create a wav file containing information of 4
