Update Recipient status for recurring series exception instance

I am trying to set the recipient status as 'accepted / decline' of recurring
appointment using extended MAPI PR_RECIPIENT_TRACKSTATUS.
It is working fine for Master event. But for Exceptions to series showing
some weird behavior.
For exception, status is set as Accepted but if outlook is closed and opend ...

How to determine if a message has been sent

Using Extended MAPI and exchange account in Cached mode, what's the
correct way of knowing/finding if the sent message (by calling
IMessage::SubmitMessage) was actually sent and not waiting in outbox?
Opening the outbox and scanning for message doesn't seems to be the
correct way for this!!!

'Member not found'
Because it's random, I cannot figure out what is wrong
I suspect the error happens when code tries to access Item(i)

I found a way to gather SMTP addresses using CDO for NTS on an
alternative PC. Is it possible to gather SMTP addresses using a
reference to cdosys.dll, instead. I read the article about installing
additional CDO libraries, but I am reluctant to install and register

PR_ATTACH_DATA_BIN value when a contact picture is used?

I added a picture to a contact in outlook and saved the contact.
After that I opened the attachment for the picture using outlookspy and
