compiling from command line for VS2005 and direct show

Hi everyone,
I need to compile some components(dlls,direct show filters)using the VS2005
beta compiler using a batch file from command line.
I cant install VS2005 on the build machine. Is it possible to just map
include folders of
right locations in enviroment variables and still compile, like we could do ...

using regsvr32. When we run the Windows XP Video Decoder Checkup
Utility, this filter is not listed there. What should we do inorder to
list the filter there in the utility.

DirectDraw on multimon slows down some text GDI calls

the xfile exported by this plugin can't be viewed in meshviewer. I opened the
xfile, the format changed alot compared to the older version of the plugin.
I use 3dsmax 7
