Just installed .NET v2.0 and J# v2.0. Boy, what a disappointment.
Socket.getLocalAddress() returns 0.0.0.0 for a TCP outbound connection (v1.1
works correctly). I would guess it doesn't work right for Sockets returned
from ServerSocket.accept(). I don't have time to debug Microsoft's software
