Security difference between XP pro and XP home

I have computers running XP pro (SP2 and SP3) experiencing difficulty
accessing some web sites (nzx.com and nenitec.com etc), but an XP home
computer can access these sites without any problem.
Is there anyone experiencing similar problem? What is the solution?

Group not showing up in WindowsIdentity.Groups

I want to test if a user is in a group before I give them access to
particular functionality.
However when I test for all groups in the Groups collection of the
.getCurrent User, it shows some groups but not the one I want to use as the
