I would like to get the current user's set of date format pattern
strings - as listed in the Control Panel regional settings applet. For

Ordinal number format

I need to format a number as an ordinal. In my native language
(Portuguese) I just have to add a "º" or "ª" symbol to the number (eg:
1º, 2º, etc.) whereas in English it depends on the number (eg: 1st,
2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.).
Is there any way to format a number as an ordinal, depending on the
current culture?

mode using printui. When i do no use the /q it works OK
when i try to install the driver only ,i have the same problem

Conversion problem between UTF-8 and Unicode characters.

Do I misunderstand something?
This is in C#
When reading some UTF-8 from an Access notes field using ADO.NET I get the
UTF-8 characters held in a UTF-16 string. In this example I'm going to use
the hebrew het character '×?' character. This is 5D7 unicode and D7 97 UTF-8.
Now I can convert the 5D7 char ...
