UI Culture - How to distinguish between countries

It seems that the default UI culture that you get in a Windows Forms
application is based on only a language, and not a country. But in English,
there are certainly language differences, such as American "check" versus
Canadian or British "cheque".

Missing recycle bin icon

I have wiped and reinstalled XP Media, no recycle icon. Tried all the
registry key info (one under tweek was not there either) none of the rest of
the ideas listed in this forum worked either. Does Media version skip the
recycle bin process? All other icons show fine. Hmmmm? ...

everything worked fine - using the June 2002 MSDN magazine tutorial. But in a
larger App that I just converted to VS 2005, my language specific resx file
just contains an image from my App and not the text that I change on the
