Computer crashing

My computer keeps crashing. The files created when it does this are:
WERdc15.dir00\Mini090708-03.dmp
WERdc15.dir00\sysdata.xml
has anybody any idea of what these files are and the solution to stopping
the computer from crashing?

bullguard not compatible with vista sp1

INTERNET SECURITY" came with my software package and i have found that it is

The description of the XMLDocument.Load method doesn't quite answer the
question. When passing in a FileStream object to the Load method, does it
load the entire document into memory? For example, if I have a 1 gigabyte

I have created a Activex using C# 2.0 and i am deploying it to
user's machine through WebLogic app server.The activex gets downloaded
