Force dropdown of DataGridViewComboBoxox

Any help would be appreciated:
Is it possible to programmatically force a datagridviewcombobox to
open its dropdown?
The reason is, I have to click twice one the cell to make it drop
down:
one to get focus and the next click to drop down. I want it to drop
down at the moment it gets focus.

When I publish a windows c#.net application using one click publish
to a remote server I get the error message above
Server Error : Cannot create folder "_vti_pvt"
