An ATL COM Dll "Utility.dll" developed in Visual studio 2005, it can be
registered on same machine successfully. But this dll registration is giving

I need to install the framework on a bunch of computers. To be sure that the
installation is successfull I can check the errorlevel of the setup.exe.
