changing setup language

how can i change the language of my setup project in VS 2005? the list
of avalible languages is silly short - about 11 languages i think. how
can i add there more languages? i need polish and some other eastern and
central european languages - i know that windows installer supports them

have a command-line script to publish it automatically. But if I used

I need to have the Framework 2.0 installed on a few dozen PCs. The users do
not have admin rights. Is there any easy way to allow the users to install
the Framework or does someone with admin rights need to visit each machine
and install it?
