Question on the MakeZipExe tool?

I made some code snippets.
And I want to make a vsi file to install the code snippets easily,but I
found that it is hard to add the digital signature to the zip file.
Every time when I add the signature to the file,it fails.
I don't know why.
Is there any bugs on the tool named MakeZipExe?

I have created a windows service in .net (1.1). The service installs and
works properly. But I am not able to debug it.
I tried using 'attach to process' option and put a breakpoint at the start
of OnStart(). The onstart contains very little code.

I want some information regarding /namespace switch. Is this the name of
Namespace of the source code where our COM dll is referenced for which we
will generate Interop.dll or is this some variable string or what?

SDK IIS Problem
