Detecting Laptop Screen Status?

Does anyone know how I would find out the status of a laptop screen (ie, if
it is closed or not). My guess was that it would be using WMI, but I have
yet to find any information in the SDK. Any help would be appreciated. ...

webservces not working in windows server 2000

I have .NET 1.1 (VS .NET 2003) installed on machine running with Windows
server 2000.ASp.NET web application works pretty well.But when I try to test
a webservice it complians with HTTP 500 error.I tried iisreset aspnet_iisreg
but nothing helped me.Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Question on the MakeZipExe tool?

I made some code snippets.
And I want to make a vsi file to install the code snippets easily,but I
found that it is hard to add the digital signature to the zip file.
Every time when I add the signature to the file,it fails.
I don't know why.
Is there any bugs on the tool named MakeZipExe?

I have created a windows service in .net (1.1). The service installs and
works properly. But I am not able to debug it.
