Hello together,
i need to solve an input / output programm. inputs are some c-files,
text-files and xls-files. as output there should be a xls-spredsheet or
access-databank. i guess to solve this with odbc-data-system.
what is the best way to get started with odbc?

How to enumerate available DSN providers?

I'm a newbie in C# and database.
I want to show a list of available DSN in my system. Is there a way to do
so?
Using C++ and Windows API I can use SQL....(example, SQLDataSources() and
others) functions to enumerate what I want. However, is there an equivelent
in C# .NET?

Troubles with an MDB database

i have a office2000 mdb database,
when i use the ODBC.NET methods, like the oledb command, the select
statements work fine, the insert statements are working fine to, but when i
try to update or to delete records, it doesnt throw an exception, it doesnt
crash, but it doesnt do a thing either :(

I have an ASP.NET project (2.0) I want to be able to access a MySQL
database.
I use a connection string like this:
