windows journal hangs/ freezes when scrolling down

I am using journal with win vista and 7. Each time when i scroll down a few
page in journal, it will hand and not respond. THIS ONLY HAPPEN TO PARTICULAR
FILES ESP WHEN THE FILE SIZE IS BIGGER THAN 1mb ...
