Changing Ethernet Parameters - duplex mode, baud rate

I need a way to change the Ethernet LAN's communication parameters from
within a program. Specifically, I need to change from Autonegotiate to 10
mbps or 100 mbps, and select either full or half duplex.
Is there a .NET framework call that does that? (And, as a bonus, is there a

What you need is floating licenses. CryptoLicensing ( http://www.ssware.com/cryptolicensing/cryptolicensing_net.htm ) supports your scenario very well.
