Importing an Excel Spreadsheet into Works Database

Can anyone tell me how to import an existing Excel spreadsheet (created in
XP, more recently migrated/opened in VISTA) into a WORKS Database
(preinstalled on my new Sony VIAO?)

XCOPY is deprecated in favor of RoboCopy. However, RoboCopy does not seem to
supply a feature like the /V flag on XCOPY. Do I have to do a Windiff every
time I use RoboCopy to copy or move a crucial folder? ...

Windows Update does not recognize my system

When I go there it says I need to go to a mac link and I have WindowsXP2. I
also had a problem trying to download a toolbar and them saying I needed to
download IE-7 which I already have. I also can't download RealPlayer

Battery Meter

I cant seem to get the battery meter to show for my laptop running WinXP SP2.
Have the advanced tab in Power Options has "always how icon on taskbar"
checked.
Checked the taskbar properties and saw that the recharging icon has "13 of
24 - Clipboard" as its name. Also, there is a folder with the name "88%

Outlook

The main interface seems to have been taken away.
I usually go to my e-mail so that I can just click the link so I can go
directly to my answer - but It comes up blank --- The main page doesn't have
the usual interface. It's a more generic interface for other countries... ...

I have vista home premium edition in the computer. I have the software that
came with the phone for sync Microsoft ActiveSync 4.2
I use Microsoft Office Outlook for the email and calendar.
I can not get the computer to see the software, or the phone. Has anyone
else gone thru this and could someone please help ...
