Tag problems syncing with WMP mobile

I'm using WMP11 on my PC and WMP10 on a smartphone that I sync my
library with. The library on my PC seems tagged and organized fine but
every time I copy or sync MP3's to my smartphone's storage card, the
tags get screwed up. I've tried running "update library" again but it

How to stop WMP 11 from downloading and showing JPGs?

My Windows Media Player 11 in Windows XP is broken. It sounds horrible. The
sound is garbled and no amount of adjustments changes this. Previous
attempts to get help fixing this have been unsuccessful.
