webradio no display of artist/title

Hello
I have a problem to display artist name ant title when listening to a
webradio.
Example :
http://www.thediscopalace.com/thediscopalace.m3u
With WMP 11 in Vista, default configuration, i can see only the name of
the webradio.
Same problem with older versions of WMP.

I ran Windows Media Player and it put a line the the start up.
What is the setting in WMP to prevent this from starting:
C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPNSCFG.exe
