Internet radio station WMP crash IE7 at opening

Vista Ultimate SP1. I just found out that internet radio stations (like KGO)
with a WMP player crash IE7 as soon as the introductory sponsor message has
been played and before connecting for the stream. The players open nicely
but I then get the dreaded "IE7 has stopped working". This is a new problem.

WMP11 Can't play .wav or .mid files Help Please!

Whenever I try to play a midi or wav file in WMP11 I get this message
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the
file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the
file."
I tried installing K-Lite Codec Pack but that didn't help anything. I've

When I used to double click on my CD ( with music cd loaded) drive media
player came up and started to play . Then somehow the Nero MP took over the

Opening web pages in Media Player

Is there a way to configure Windows Media Player11 to open a web page like
you can in RealPlayer? There is an internet music page that I would like to
just type in the address and Media Player will open it.

QuickTime Player Plug-in

I want to remove QuickTime Player from my computer. I never use it. I
found K-Lite Codec 3.0 that will allow me to play QuickTime files in Media
Player. When I go to install it, the configularation of the install that
stops me. How should I configuliger it?
