What kind of project for Directshow??

Hi, I want to use Directshow in an application and I wonder what kind
of project should I choose to create a project. I would want to create
an app that process video in a Pocket PC but before I want to test it
in Windows XP with a webcam.
Which project I should choose?

rendering h.264 decompressed video frames

I have a codec which can decompress h.264 video. What's the easiest and
fastest way to display these frames in a window? In all the samples i've seen

WAV to MP3 convertion and transcoding status
