Jerky Video (TV) Play on PMC

Hi all,
I have a new Creative PMC and when I play back video I get jerky playback
but perfect sound - any thoughts - almost like some frame are dropped.
I have googled but couldn't find a clear answer. Any thoughts?

Are the Creative Zen case magnets safe near magnetic media?

Is it just me or does the idea of putting magnets on a case for a magnetic
media device seem a little stupid!
Even if it doesn't affect the PMC, I always have my PMC in the same bag as
other magnetic media or carry it together with my smartphone that has an SD
card in it.
Anyone know of another option ...

hi. I will be short.
i got some mpeg and avi movies. I knew WMP10 didnt support them. But i knew
it would convert them and sync to PMC. So i got them, WMP10 gave the errors
of you know....cannot support file, unsupported file type, bla bla. it
converted them,l sync'd em to the pmc and they played absolutely ...
