Vista - TV card toggle disappear/appear from "device manager" after each boot

Hi,
#1 thanks for y'all's help and expertise.
Here is my question: I have Vista 32-bit operating system with an
original-equipment ViXS PureTV-U 48B0 (NTSC/ATSC Combo) TV Tuner. The
computer itself is a m9100z HP Pavilion. Every time I restart my

I am trying to set up xbox 360, I have windows XP, and have never used
WMC. When I go to the xbox setup page, it says I have WMC, so I download
the upgrade 2, but when I try to load that, it says it needs to be run
in WMC- but, I have no links, shortcuts, and wmc is not listed in my
start menu- so where is it & how ...

HOla, solo deciros que mi experiencia al comprar mi cartucho dsi, ha sido buena, recibi el pedido al dia siguiente de haberlo hecho por la web, y gracias a que esta gente me ayudaron telefonicamente, pude echar andar el cartucho dsi. IR blaster building??

I made the mistake of assuming that an "MCE compatible" remote would
automatically be sold with an IR blaster. Duhhh...
Is there anyone out there who knows how the blaster actually connects to
the USB port? I've got no IR blaster jack on the receiver I bought.
I do have several blasters from other products ...

Media Centre - Recording Buffer

G'day all,
Has anyone been able to find a way to record the buffer in Windows
Media Centre or find the location of where these files are, I believe
it's about max 30 minutes buffer.

Online video download

Could someone advise me how to download online video from internet? Or is
there any powerful software for online video download? The downloader
software that I'm now using can only download video from some websites but
fail for some other websites. Many thanks!

For 3 of my digital (high def) stations the guild listings have disappeared.
They are still there for the other stations. They are missing for the San
Diego ABC and CBS, but they are still there for the Los Angeles ABC. Several
of the San Diego stations switched to only digital a month or so ago and
