AIW 9000 and MCE2005 - Media Center is not working

I have dell PC (Dimension 4600) with ATI 9000 readon card. Recently I have
upgraded my OS from MCE 2004 to MCE 2005. My MCE 2004 use to work without any
issues but when I installed (with the help of DELL support), my Media Center

Computer won't start right

Just hear loud humming from fans nothing appears on the monitor. Tried
unplugging over night and still the same thing. Don't have windows xp media
center edition disks. I know there is a built in recovery. Help nothing seems
to be working.

missing signals from a few channels

Media Center won't play Music

Vista Home Premium SP2. Media Center will play videos with no problem, but
any attempt to play music results in me being told that "A necessary
component of Windows Media Center is not available. Please restart Media
Center".
Music plays fine in WMP. Restarting Media Center has no effect.

Had the same problem. Asus Tiger Hybrid Card 7131 woks fine in Windows 7 Enterprise.
In Windows XP Professional it faled to set up.
Working on a multiboot system with Windows XP, Windows Professional and Windows Enterprise.

MediaCenter freezes / hangs for one and a half minute

I reinstalled my MediaCenter-PC some weeks ago from Vista to Windows 7
Enterprise.
Works mostly fine, and feels good.
