It always overlap my TV subtitle. Sometimes I just wanna forward but

HELP: Tuner Not Available

I have Media Center, pretty clean install, with XP SP3 installed.
Whenever I try to watch live tv I get "Tuner Not Available". It says it's
currently in use by another application or is not working.
It was working a few days ago. Any idea what I can do?
