dvr-ms conversion not working.

for the last few weeks I have been fighting a problem with recorded movies,
TV shows etc. The dvr-ms to mpeg converters that use to work no longer work.
I have Ulead DVD movie factory 6+ and DVRMSTOOLBOX and both use to convert

This is something I've seen posted several times in general forums but to
date, there's been no responses.
Windows Media Player just opens at random.......constantly: sometimes

I recently installed the new TV Pack for Windows Media Center (previously
codenamed Fiji). Media Center now records TV shows as .wtv files instead of
the old .dvr-ms files. Now, Windows Media Player 11 does not show them in

Setting all files to show details in MS Explorer

selected folder with View> Details which change all files in that folder to
the Details view. Then Tools>Folder Options>View>Apply to all Folders. This
