System Restore error

Iam runnung vista home preminum, when I try to restore to eariler date it
gives me a error code 80070565, I tryed to do it under safe mode also but no
luck.

Window XP SP 3 and IE 7 crash

Since installing SP3 using the windows update I have had issues with IE 7
constantly crashing. I have reverted back to an earlier restore point.
