Freezing at login screen...

I was unlucky enough to get hit by the infamous Antivirus XP. I have removed
it as far as I can see. 3 problems persist:
1. Freezing at the message "Windows is starting up" before I can type my
password.
2. Freezing after I type my password when it says "Loading your personal
settings.."

Hibernate then won't boot

Running Win XP MCE UR2, the box went into hibernation, wouyldn't wake up.
Won't reboot - I get some activity initially, but the monitor never
recognizes a signal, even during POST.
The monitor works - I connected it to another box, it works. I pulled the

File Backup

Every time I try to backup my computer files on my 16G USB, about half-way
through the backup process I get the "disk is full" message. It isn't full
