Tool for capturing frames as image files

I would like to play a WMV file, a frame at a time, and capture
selected frames as image files, e.g. jpg. Can someone advise what

I need a tool for making nice CD wrappings. (The one I have now have big

I want to transfer: title, artist, time, music categorization, number of

One of my co-workers has Windows 2000, Office 2000. One of the accessory
programs on his machine is just called "Imaging". It's a photo editor that's
a tad more complex than Paint.
I have Windows XP/Office 2003. I do not have "Imaging" ...

Hi,
I'm running into some errors when I try to encode audio files (CD Rips)
into wma format.
I've setup Exact Audio Copy and MAREO to rip a CD into multiple formats
(MP3 and wma) simultaneously.
The setup is working fine with MP3 encoding but getting errors with WMA

9.
The test is being conducted using 3 computers:
1. WMS machine (Windows Server 2003)
2. Simulator machine
3. Storage machine (audio & video *.asf files located on disk)
It seems like the simulator does not support this machine
