asuming you have enouth memory does WMS use cahe the second time it
brodcasts a track to avoid constant reading of the disk?

I had the same problem. Local Subnets connected fine external subnets
were rejected I was baffled. I ran WireShark and I received the same
exact error as you and this is how I fixed it.

Encoding on a WM phone with H.264 is very diffucult. That takes alot of CPU
power.
