Broadcasting taking lots of Time to Start on internet

Hi, I am broadcasting live content from camera, using 'broadcast push' method
on internet but it is taking too much time to start.
While on intranet it's working fine.
What can be the problem ? ...

Seek Attribute With Pub Point Source of "Directory"

source. Windows Media Player will seek (i.e., FF, Scroll, etc.) just

just find using Windows Media 9. But accessing the same files from
