Broadcasting taking lots of Time to Start on internet

Hi, I am broadcasting live content from camera, using 'broadcast push' method
on internet but it is taking too much time to start.
While on intranet it's working fine.

Seek Attribute With Pub Point Source of "Directory"

entries that link to pub points that are setup with a directory
source. Windows Media Player will seek (i.e., FF, Scroll, etc.) just

Has anyone run into this? My WMV files are indexed and you can seek
just find using Windows Media 9. But accessing the same files from
Silverlight, I am being told that seek is not available. A developer
