Setting UTC to local server time

I was wondering if there is a way to have the Publishing Points set to local
time automatically? We have a script that sets up PP on the server - but it
always defaults to UTC time code - any way to have it set to Local Time with
out manually doing this? I set the server to local time - but the pp ...

Error when trying to install Windows Media Services

I'm trying to install Windows Media Services 2008 on a 64 bit Windows 2008
Enterprise Server box and get the error "This update does not apply to your
system". The only thing that I can see that could be causing this is that it
is a MSDN version of Windows Server.

WMS and VLC

Hi there..
I am using WMS 2008 and i would like to stream to it using VLC player..
I was trying to do it for like 3 days no with no luck at all! :(
Is it possible? If not, is it possible to connect WME to a mpeg2-ts
stream and re-encode it on the fly so that it could be sent to the wms?
