Sharing Media on Windows Server 2008

Hi,
i am using a domain-based network with some XP-Clients, one Media-Receiver
and a Window Server 2008 (all together are in the same subdomain).
On the XP-Clients i can use the Media Sharing Feature of Windows Media
Player 11 to watch the contents of Shared Folders on the Media Receiver.

Cut down delay to < 3 seconds?

I am trying to stream a videoconference from my camera and I've noticed that
using Windows Media Encoder and Windows Media Services there is about a 10-20
second delay. At best, I can get it down to 8 seconds if I cut the quality of
the video by a LOT.
Is there a way to get the delay to under 3 seconds? My ...

Server 2008. I am running the Test Stream utility and it keeps failing. The

Slower than the Second Coming Video Stream

I have a small Video file that I am attempting to stream in an on-demand
setup...the video stream on the intra-net is great...outside the firewall it
is amazingly slow. Drops the connection over and over while buffering.
It is a 4 minute stream that takes 15 minutes to begin it's first
