WMS keeps hanging up

My OS is Win2k3.
I have installed WMS on it.
When I start the Console and try to go to the settings area, it crashes.
I uninstalled WMS and installed again. But still its not working.
Have I gone wrong somewhere?

If i create an announcement for it at wms01.somedomain.com and try it
outside the firewall it will not work.
