stretch video in mediaplayer

I'm using anamorphic 16:9 video content. This is recognized as 4:3 by the
player with 16:9 resolution when using stretchtofit i hoped the video would
stretch out filling the whole player. Instead of this black boxes are added
on the left and right side.

mpg doesn't play in IE - windows media player at first load

I have a pretty strange issue and hope someone is able to point me into
the right direction:
When showing a converted mpg file on a web page in InternetExplorer and
Windows Media Player, the video doesn't start . Only if I reload the
page it works. However it works fine with the original file.

Unable to launch videoclips in WMP...

When trying to launch MSN video clips from MSN.com homepage, the video will
not play. Instead, underneath the playlist, it continually scrolls theough
all of the available video clips. Hitting the play button does nothing.
Videos will never launch. No error messages appear. Where the clip should be
