Media Player and the Web

Can someone help me by explaining how to download videos on th eweb, that
show a media playlist, however when I go to try and save it and move to
playlist on my Media Player10, I can't figure out what to do.
Please help, or direct me where to go.

Windows Media Player 11 won't find library

I am using Windows xp pro. I had been using windows media player 11 with no
problems. Now Windows media player will not find my library. I tried
uninstalling 11, and version 10 finds my library. Today I was "tricked" into
upgrading to 11 when a notice came up saying there was an addition to version

Cannot watch streaming video

Hi
Since a few days, I"m not able to watch streaming videos from all sites I
use to visit...
The MP windows displays "connecting to media" 1-2 seconds and just after
"ready". No error message. I don't know what to do. In the network tab tcp,
udp and http are all ticked...

Bitrate shifting on OBJECT embedded receiving end of a wmv stream?

Hello,
I have a windows media stream on a network port, which I am embedding
in a website. There are 12 streams in total, at 512Kbps each, so
embedding them all in the same webpage is obviously not possible.
At the moment, I am using the VLM component of videolan to bitrate
shift each of them down to 96K ...

I'm having some poblem with port25 firefox plugin.
Most of properties work same as ie with no problem but there is a problem
with session / form auth.
my web project works very well with ie7 (if I don't use form auht it works
with firefox) but it doesn't work with firefox.

60 Second Gap/Pause Between Songs Regardless of Buffer Setting

Between each song (Yahoo Launchcast Plus) WMP 11 does the following:
1) During a song, displays: "Playing"
2) At end of song the music stops (of course).
3) Displays "Opening" for about half a second.
4) Album cover display changes to that of the upcoming song
3) Displays "Playing", and "00:00 / 05:19" ...

IE7 wants to save ASX streams instead of playing them

If I click on any link, anywhere on the web that points to an ASX stream, IE7
wants to download it by default.
If I copy the link and paste it into Media Player's "play URL" under the
"file menu", the stream will play fine.

Hi,
When i play the play list (asx) with LogUrl items, there is no problem
anything playing songs.
My problem is LogUrl definition is working normally and save the what song
played but when song starts logUrl propertry hits two times. Or when i was
forward the song, LogUrl hit again.
