wm10 and scripting

When I go to open wm, i receive "an internal application error has occured"
but no way to repair it. Also, I can't see the script on some pages including
messenger, soem web pages. I believe I need a scrauth.dll but I don't know
where to get it. Any help would seriously be appreciated and praised. ...
