visualization performence problems.

I have been trying to develop a WMP visualization off and on for a while now,
but I always have the same problem, no matter what I do it has REALY bad
performance like 1fps when in full screen. I think it has been a fundamental
flaw in the way I am drawing the pixels, its just wrong, so could someone

I have WMP 11. At one time in the past and possibly an earlier version of WMP
(maybe 10 or even 11) when viewing visualizations with music there were two
buttons or switches that were availble where one could merely click the
forward or back buttons (<) (>) to instantly move to the next visualization

I am currently using XP SP2 on an Intel Core 2 E8500. Something strange
