playing video in browser show old version of WMP

Hi,
My PC is installed WMP 10.00.00.4058, but when I play a video file embedded
in browser, right click on it show me version 6.4.09.1130. The WMP component
UI is old either.
Running the file on other PC get me new version.
Is that a configure with WMP or is there something wrong happens to me?

Hi, i have been trying to watch the most haunted live webcams and it doesn't
seem to matter what i do i can't get any sound, all my sound settings are
checked and i went through a ton of other sound enquiries to see if there
were any other tips that would click and make me think of somehing new bu

is there any plug in or equivalent for WMP11 in Vista Ultimate that would
give the same capability as party mode? specifically to turn it on, allow
music and videos to play, and require a password to get out of it playing
anything. if not is there something similar for media center? ...

Now Playing (Meta data plugin) not visible in WM Player 11

I developed a meta data (Now playing) plug-in in WMP SDK 10 and I was
able to load and use it in WMPlayer 10.
But when I upgraded to WMPlayer 11, the plug in is not visible even
though it is Enabled under Options menu.
Does WM Player 11 allows to load custom plugins in Now playing area?
Any clues?
