Command Line Parameters

I needed to find out if there were any specific or standard command line
parameters to begin encoding immediately. The primary intent is to get the
WME to run on startup, but that only opens the pgm. Since I've saved my

WME 9 chops converted videos

I am using windows media encoder 9.0 to convert avi videos to wmv. I keep
running into a problem wher the converted video is missing the first several
seconds of the clip. Why does it doe this and how can I avoid it.

This usb tv card is pretty nice to have it. But trying to broadcast a live
