No Audio with Screen Capture

I can get audio placing a microphone next to the speakers , and I suppose I
could use in and out cable on my sound card. But is there another, better way
to capture sound when capturing a desk top screen. My OS is Vista, SP 1.

WMEncProfileListEx on Vista causes exception

This is more of a warning than a question (but if anyone has an answer, that
would be great).
Using the WMEncoderLib under Vista with the WME hotfix installed, the
following line (which works fine on XP) throws an "Attempted to read or

Ok, so im encoding some videos that I have. They are saved in a DivX codec
format. Im trying to convert these videos on two different computers, any
solution to either computer would be helpful! Overall im trying to convert
these videos into a static .WMV format so they are playable on a Zune or
XBox...

How to capture Info Bubbles

Hi all,
I try to capture a region of the screen that includes the Traybar.
My application shows Info Bubbles from time to time.
These Bubbles are within the captured area of the screen, but do not appear
in the captured video.
Is it possible to capture Info Bubbles too ?

Profile Question for Batch Encoder

I want to use the batch encoder to convert some videos to PocketPC Format,
if I run the encoder on 1 file and select the PPC Option it works fine,
however if I run it using the Batch Encoder then I get video but no sound.
Does anyone know what profile I should use in the batch encoder to get audio ...
