Audio loss problem using windows media encoder sdk

I am using Windows media encoder sdk for capture wmv file. I am facing a
problem of audio loss continiusly .It occurs frequently in 2 to 8 days
as I restart the encoding then audio restore. I am using windows media audio
9.2 codecs .There is no problem of video loss. How can i solve this problem.

reference to determining if the encoder is already up and running.
