Batch converting to WMV

I'm in the process of converting files to WMV for playback on my Zune 80, and
using WME is a good 10x faster than using the Zune software to convert it,
and WME encodes MUCH nicer looking video as well...
My problem is, when using a script, no matter what I do, the frame rate will

Default Session Settings

I have changed my server and login credentials, but everytime I go into
