I am running windows media encoder 9 on a windows xp machine. It has been

timing box required too

So I use the Osprey 230 capture card with Media Encoder, but I have a synch
problem between the audio and video.. I'm told by their support that I'd
need a timing box of some sort to synch things up.. not sure what I'd use or
where I'd find one.
Suggestions?
