WMV output file duration shortened

I'm trying to convert an AVI file to WMV and the output file only contains
about 70% of the input file.
I'm using 2 pass encoding, VBR (DVD quality) video, CBR audio and
deinterlacing. The first pass appears to complete normally (per viewing the

Xbox 360 Not Playing .avi's

WMP11 can play the files I have in xvid form, and WMC can do it too, but as
soon as I try and play them through the extender on the xbox, it gives me an
error code telling me that I don't have the correct codecs. Anyone else
having this problem?

Suddenly the drm-profile that I was using to encoding with DRM doesn't work
anymore.
The same DRM profile in my computer is working and in others computers not.
The error message of WindowsMediaEncoder is "0xC00D2764 Not all of the
necessary properties for DRM have been set"
