Windows Media Encoder 9 ( 32Bit ) install on a win 2008 x64 Server

Hi there,
due to some reasons I d like to install the 32bit version of windows media
encoder on a server 2008 x64 system.
unfortunately the encoder installation aborts. It tells me, that its not
suitable for that type of system.
I was wondering if someone knows how to manage a Installation of the 32bit ...

I have windows media services running on a windows 2008 sp2 server and
windows media encoder on my pc pushing a stream to the server, on the
encoder, when o go to the server tab when the encode is in progress it does
not show the stats of the server, sutch as number of connections, server CPU,
etc. ...

Streaming from ASIO audio source

I am developing a program to stream audio from an ASIO audio source, I used
PortAudio to capture the audio buffers but I'm not sure how to pass them to
Windows Media Encoder.
I was trying to create ASIO "source plug-in" for WME, but where can I find
any information or samples for source plug-ins development ...

No Audio when converting MPEG-2 or AVCHD files

When I try to encode either an MPEG-2 (.mpg) or AVCHD (.mts) file, the video
comes out fine, but there is no sound. The files play fine in Windows Media
Player.
It seems like WME is using the right decoder for the video, but not for the
audio. How can I tell which codecs WME is using?

Does anybody know can I use a DirectShow filter as a MPEG-2 TS push source
with WME9? So far I have no success to make it work with WME9? I would

desktop. I have designated the input as desktop, and set the output to
stream. I am using port 8081, and have opened the firewall to allow
connections to it. The networking is ok, as I am able to open a WMP client

I'm writing a DirectShow source filter for MPEG-2 TS streaming. Its main
purpose is to retransmit a transport stream from the network to WME9. The
filter works fine in VLC when it is selected as a capture device and
capturing is started. But I have a problem when using the filter as a source
in WME9 - error ...

Audio Loss while encoding

I am capturing video with windows media audio 9.2 codec with bit rate 48 kb/s
48 k hz . Audio is lost but still video recording after some time . i plug
unplug the audio cables Audio is shown in the bar but not in the file . I
restated the encoding process then audio gains again . why it is hapenning ...
