I'm Using the encoder 9 SDK with VS2005. I'm using the VB code in the SDK
(made minor tweaks for Vb.net) I'm using the sample to display the
Encoderapp. The sample works fine and the Encoderapp show up.
However, I want the encoderapp to display as a child form in my main MDI
form...
Any pointers?? ...

I have been trying to join 2 (or more) wmv files into 1 by selecting each as
a source, but the quality of video in the output file was unusably bad. I

WME is not converting the complete file

I trying to convert VOB files from my Sony DVD handycam to a WMV format so I
can edit in WMM. WME is converting only parts of the file, while the complete
file is about 30 minutes the output is only about 30 seconds and it contains
bits from the original at various points. Please advise on what might be

when i try to encode a dvd to a wmv i rip the dvd and each chapter is becomes
a VOB file. i then have a batch encoder written in c# that takes these VOB
files and converts them into 1 WMV file. i can successfully encode up to

why dont the sdk default profiles have audio and video setup
