How does the client choose which compression setting video will be presented?

How do I combine four webcam feeds into one video (of a 2x2 grid showing the
four webcam videos) and encode and broadcast that feed with WME9?

Add Date & Time to WME9 Video Broadcast

How do I place the system date and time on webcam video that will be
broadcast to the web with WME9?
I've used ManyCam, but it can only timestamp one webcam feed--I want to
timestamp multiple webcam feeds.
I've tried ffdshow but I always get an error in WME9.

Adding Multiple Files

I am using Windows media encoder to convert .AVI files to .WMV files(Screen
capture format).
In the Properties window I could add many Sources
And In the Output window for each source I try to modify the output file I
get only the last one I have entered

WME9 Stream Webcam, Want Date/Time, ffdshow Errors

Hello -
I am using Windows Media Encoder (WME) to put my webcam video onto a webpage.
I want to place the date and time on the video. The only suggestion I have
found is to use ffdshow as a transform filter within WME.
Perhpas there is a better way? Then I might avoid these problems altogether.

HTTP Error 400 (bad request)

Howdy,
When I try to connect to WME, all I get is an http 400 error. I assume this
means my browser has found and is talking to WME but WME is unhappy about
something else.
I am running screen capture, and I saved a file and tried encoding that
(looped), but still the same 400 error.

I get this error fairly often and it kills my streams and I have to start the
encoder again. I have a big PC using the Osprey 440 card and can't figure out
