Video grabber (composite video to USB) and corrupt data error

I've been trying to convert some DVDs to WMV. What I've done are as follows:
1. Rip DVDs by using AnyDVD;
2. Split DVD into chapters (.mpg) by using VOB2MPG PRO;
3. Convert .mpg files to WMV by using Windows Media Encoder x64 Edition.
