I use the Media Encoder to change "mov" video clips to "wmv" clips so I can
make videos using Windows Movie Maker.
It works fine with the "mov" clips from my Nikon Coolpix 5700 but when
trying to convert "mov" clips from my Panasonic DMC-FZ28, I lose the audio.
The video converts fine but there's no sound. ...

does that affect the bandwidth consumption

Try to encode DV video to High definition quality video (VBR).
Video is PAL - 25fps with deinterlace checked and no scaling
Get this error message 80% of the time on one PC and 100% on the other.
XP SP3 with all updates.
Googled and seems a common issue with no fixes . . .

I would need with aplying same setting for converting more AVI files to WMV
in Expression Encoder.
I can have more files in one project and run it in batch, but I cannot find
