TV Tuner USB Problem

Good evening!
I have a USB TV tuner running through WinPVR 1.50. When I try to
capture with Windows Media Encoder, the sound is absent in the final
file. As my sound card has problems, I can not capture with the entry
line-in and I am compelled to capture the sound directly to USB. Do
you have a solution?

WME on one computer will allow me to see the video using WMP locally
(192.168...) ok, and by using my (current) dynamic ip (70.68.....)
While running, under the "Connections" tab, I see that the "Internet:" URL
is "http://70.68...." and the LAN is "http://famroom:xxxx/"

Hi there.
After a while of everything working perfect, WME9 now gives me "The
specified language is not valid. (0xC00D1B9F)" no matter what AVI file (any
codec) that I throw at it.
Has anyone got any idea whats wrong?
Running on Win XP SP3...
